Delivery Information


All delivery costs are worked out by the size and weight of the items ordered, and we try to offer the best rate available for your order. We do not email you when once your order has been dispatched, due to the fast turnaround times, as this is regularly the same working day as when your order is placed.

UK FLAG United Kingdom

All delivery costs are worked out by the size and weight of the items ordered. All small items are dispatched by 1st class Royal Mail, and any larger orders are delivered via our courier service. 

Standard Delivery: All smaller orders are sent with 1st class Royal Mail and arrive within 1-4 working days. 
Discs - We are pleased to offer free delivery on up to three single CDG discs, all other discs and small hardware items (such as microphones) cost between £1.50 to £3.50 to send. 

Tracked Delivery: Large orders (such as over £150) will be dispatched using a courier delivery service for £12. UK mainland couriered items arrive within 1-2 working days between 9am and 9pm. Items to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands or Scottish Islands can take longer. If Saturday delivery is required please call the office on 0208 450 5544 (All couriered items require a signature on receipt).

All Daewoo Karaoke Machines will be dispatched direct from Daewoo. 

IRELAND FLAG Ireland

Standard Delivery:  All small orders are sent out using International standard post and dispatched within one working day. Delivery generally between 3-5 working days.

Tracked Delivery: Large orders (such as over £200) will be dispatched using a courier delivery service, with the cost worked out at checkout.
All Daewoo Karaoke Machines will be dispatched direct from Daewoo. 

Australian Flag  Australia & New Zealand
All small orders are sent out using International standard post, and if ordered before 1pm, and dispatched within one working day. Delivery generally takes 5-10 working days.
NB. All orders being sent to outside the EU are subject to additional customs taxes and duties which you may be liable to pay.

Standard Delivery: All orders are sent out using Royal Mail International post (starting at £3.50 for up to 3 single CDG discs) and arrive within 5-10 working days.

Returns

  • We apologise if your item has arrived faulty or damaged, we strive to make sure all orders arrive in perfect condition, however on rare occasions your items may be damaged during transit. You will need to report the item to us within 30 days for a replacement to be sent. On occasion, our technical department may need to inspect the goods before a replacement or refund be issued. 

  • For non-faulty items, we accept returns within 14 days. All items must be returned in the same condition as they arrived, and cannot be refunded until we receive and process the return.  Please get in touch within 14 days from receiving the item to organise a return. 

  • If you have not received your order, please contact us as soon as possible from the date delivery was expected as we will have the best chance of tracking this item. If you do not contact us within a reasonable timeframe (within 2 weeks of the order being placed) we will not be able to arrange redelivery of this item for you. 

  • NB: All tracks are a professional remake of the original tracks minus only the lead vocal, so lots of songs contain backing vocals. Not being happy with the quality or version of the track is not a suitable reason for a return; please listen to the samples to check our version before ordering.
