Checking the VPN is connected

2. I would like to confirm the product tracking functionality. I believe that we need a system that will support the stock movements and multi warehouses (“Label a piece of stock as out to a viewing, or in a store/showroom”). Can this be clarified.
3. This question refers to the question nr. 2. If we decided to track stock movements, I think that the order fulfillment screen will need an extra option that will allow a selection of warehouse. The user will need to specify which warehouse the product was dispatched from (physical store, office or “viewing room“)
4. “Label a piece of stock as out to a viewing, or in a store/showroom” - can we add these options as warehouse instances?
5. “Inventory api should be created to power XML feeds for services such as Criteo or Google Shopping.” - Each service requires (may require) a unique XML data structure. Do we need to update these services with multi warehouse data or simply the total quantity available for sale? Is the development of the API a part of the current project? (if yes can we have a full list of the services?)
6. “Present the inventory system in a easy to use web interface, which works on mobile.” <- As Magento admin is not a mobile friendly web application this may be a difficult task. Do we need all the features to be available for mobile users? Maybe checking the stock will be good enough?
7. “The inventory spreadsheet should be totally obsolete by the final sprint.” Do we need to synchronise the values from spreadsheet with current magento stock status? Or can we rely on the current magneto stock?
8. “I would like this system to be bespoke without any third party modules.” - Please take into account that using a 3rd party will speed up our work. Also we can choose a module that has already been migrated to Magento 2 or the migration is under development. This means that when we are ready to migrate Vashi website to M2 the module will be “waiting for us”.

Hi Jack,

Today I had a closer look at your website from a SEO point of view. I need to say that the data structure looks good. Nothing is missing here. 

I noticed one more small issues. The sitemap is very old. The system should generate a new sitemap every 24 hours. For Loho it’s three months old and for bigfoodshoes it’s 4 weeks old. This is something that we should fix.

Another improvement I would recommend adding is a “related products” section. This will have a good impact on Google search results (more links between product pages) and it will attract clients to buy more then one product. 

On your side I would recommend:

- Adding more unique content per product page (longer descriptions). At the moment some product pages have only a single line of a description. For Google all your product pages look very similar (because there is no much unique content) and this is why the position of your pages doesn’t go up in the search results. It would be also good if you add more photos.

2. Currency setup to limit currencies per store view 3 hours

If we specified by store view, could you not have each different currency on the default store view of a product?
So when you currently go into a product and go to the price tab,,, could there be three options there UK, EU, USD. And then I could enter these prices and save the product once. I understand this would take a long time to fill out on products already uploaded, However, if this was added as an attribute these could be bulk updated by myself within Magento in relatively little time. 

3. Adding a currency selector to the checkout page. 6 hours. 

4. Adding a US store views (sunfly + streaming) and configuring a domain name for it. 14 hours.

The checkout for the US website will be limited to allow US customers only. The same for the UK and Spanish store view they won’t allow customers from the US. The categories and all other content will be copied from UK store view but all products will be disabled (this will allow you to add only the products that should be available for US visitors)

Before we add a new store view we need to:

- we still need to test the streaming website against the currency setup. 
- create a full backup of the database
- create a new store view
- disable all products
- setup currencies

The website will be down for approx. 2-5 hours because there is a lot of reindexing going on when a new store view is created.

Task. 6 - A specification is required in order to consider this as a task. We can’t test/fix anything if we don’t understand the idea behind a feature. 


Task 3. As you see in the screenshots when you go to our backend and want to generate first SKU's and then import products, right now you see you have one type of gold and one type of platinum, we want to have new additional sizes for gold and platinum. This means that the current versions of gold and platinum stay and we will get a second version of gold an platinum, the only difference being the size. This is needed when we want to import new products we can choose either the 'old' version or the 'new version' (the only difference will be the size). Concerning the new sizes for gold and platinum, we will deliver these to you once the task is confirmed.
When the website was built the developers told us it was easy to add extra size groups on the back-end so we should can add additional sizes/products. (But of course this is just what they told us and we don't know if it is correct.)

Note: important about this task (number 3) we are not deleting the current gold and platinum sizes we just want to add an additional version of gold and platinum. Just so there is no misunderstanding, we think its best to do a screensharing on skype tomorrow, so we can show you the import process page on the back-end and show you want we want to change. Please let us know if you're available tomorrow at 11 AM so we can quickly explain this task on Skype.



task 4 : see screenshot , The banners on the homepage most be controlled per store that is missing there. This functionality most be added on this part. This task has been mentioned alreday many times by Jessica. In the back end where you control this option a drop down with the stores is missing. 

Task 5 : We are a member of trust pilot as of now an there logo most be placed in our footer ( with is clickable ) in the section of safe shopping. if does not fitt there adivice where to put it.  

Task 6 : Since the dealers are going live the coming 21 days . The dealer section ( placing your order as a dealer ) could have potentially some small bugs.
             Should not have as this have been showed to us once delivered by the old developers but you never know. If bugs are there we most solve it for dealers asap.
