We are pleased to offer free postage for smaller orders within the UK.
Orders over a certain weight/size within the UK and all orders going outside of the UK will be charged at a rate dependant on size & weight of the package and destination.
Postage prices are always shown in your cart before you make payment.
Large UK orders (such as karaoke players or large quantities of discs) will be dispatched using our courier company – Crossflight www.crossflight.co.uk/
Non-UK large orders may also be sent with Crossflight, or may go with Interparcel or one of their associated couriers. A tracking number for all couriered deliveries can be provided on request.
UK mainland couriered items generally are next working day delivery and all couriered items require a signature on receipt. We also require a phone number for courier bookings.
Due to high courier charges couriered items to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles or Scottish Islands will not be sent on a next day service (or with Crossflight) and therefore can take longer.
Internationally courier times vary dependant on location.
If saturday delivery is required you will required to pay the additional cost seperately from the website, and this service will only be available if you let us know in advance. To arrange this please call the office on 0208 450 5544.
All small orders are sent out 1st class Royal Mail and if ordered before 3pm are usually sent out the same working day. UK 1st class delivery generally takes 1-2 working days during off-peak times, however this is not a guaranteed service so please allow at least a week before contacting us. Orders within Europe generally take 2-7 working days, and Rest of World 7-12 working days.
NB. All orders being sent to outside the EU are subject to additional customs taxes and duties which you will be liable to pay.
Download only orders have zero postage charges and tracks can be downloaded instantly from the download page of your account. You have 48hrs to download purchased tracks before it expires.
Any orders that arrive to a customer either broken or damaged need to be reported to us immediately. Only after our technical department have inspected the goods can a replacement or refund be issued.
If you wish to return a physical item that has no fault it must be in the same condition it was sent out in, including in sealed cellophane for discs.
For non-faulty returns you may have an exchange but we will not refund unwanted items.
NB: All tracks are a professional remake of the original tracks minus only the lead vocal, so lots of songs contain backing vocals. We only allow discs to be returned for a refund if they are faulty. Not being happy with the quality or version of the track is not a suitable reason for a return; please listen to the samples to check our version before ordering.
